Time to celebrate another year around the sun. The year shaped up to be one I never had in my plans, but that’s what made it a special one. One with new experiences, new levels of friendship, new relationships and new challenges. There was chaos, there was silence, and a sprinkle of everything. Thank you to all those that made the memories with me.

Quick dump from last week’s adventure. The balance of culture, food, friends, and fun was next level. Life is an adventure that you always need to embrace. Sometimes that’s easier than others, but with an open mind it is always fun.

Thank you #iceexplosion2023. There was truly an explosion of memories💥🫶 From the performances on the ice, friendship moments along the way, and the overflowing love for Japan and the Japanese people.

Growth and progress was the theme of the past year. Life is a continuous journey of beautiful and unpredictable moments. The ups and downs, light and dark. When I was younger I saw these as moments I needed to learn how to control or avoid. Now I see them as the opportunities that they all are. Opportunities to celebrate, learn, and just enjoy. Done attaching to the idea of what I thought it was supposed to be and just enjoying what is! #lovetheride
