if you’re new here, 👋 my name is Angela and i run AP Flour SF, where i make sourdough based baked goods out of my home kitchen. i was in tech for many years but now i am hustling cookies, muffins, biscuits & other sourdough based treats.
it’s definitely been a learning experience and my successes are not overnight. my first ever pop-up I had so many cookies left over (like almost 10 dozen 🫠). word of advice is to trust the data and be conservative at first.
outside of baking I’m a huge foodie. I ski. I spend time outdoors. I spend time with my partner & our families.

emily and I went to high school together and it’s been over 20 years! so cool to see what she has been up to and the space she has created. when I first started ap flour, I didn’t know anyone who was going the entrepreneurial route and now I am so happy to have connected with so many amazing makers and founders in the food/bev space! my hope with this series is to amplify small local businesses and share my love for food, my city and my friends. building something from scratch is hard and i want to help others while i am doing the damn thing too 😄
