On this day, my whole body was a knot of tension; my jaw tight, my heart heavy with anger and hopelessness. How can we hold the purity of our own hearts while witnessing the unthinkable cruelty of the world? This weight is a reaction to the violence and corruption we face .. the shadow of those who live in ego and hatred, exploiting the innocent despite the inherent goodness of the human soul.
We cannot allow ourselves to become numb or small, nor believe that those who weaponize power will keep it forever. To alchemize this darkness is a blessing. The body is a magical gift, and I promise myself every day to make the most of this human experience, staying open even when it hurts to feel it all.
So grateful for this raw moment, warming up for for playing "Cana." - a character who holds and embodies all of this. Thank you @niyoushaazari for your energy.

1. Zendaya & Robert als radikaler Spiegel: Die beiden widerspiegeln ganz einfach unsere eigenen Beziehungsmuster.. Sie verkörpern die Schattenseiten und verdrängten Vergangenheiten, die wir oft lieber totschweigen, anstatt sie gemeinsam zu heilen.
2. DIE ehrliche Mutprobe: Der Film dekonstruiert Schuld, Moral und die kleinen Unaufrichtigkeiten unseres Alltags. Er flüstert dir die Frage zu, die man sich oft nicht traut zu stellen: Wie ehrlich bin ich wirklich.. zu mir selbst und zu dem Menschen, der neben mir aufwacht?
3. Wir alle führen Beziehungen: Ich finde du musst nicht in einer Partnerschaft sein, um dich darin wieder zu finden. Ob Freundschaft oder Familie, der Film legt die Wurzeln jeder menschlichen Dynamik frei und zeigt, dass Nähe ohne radikale Ehrlichkeit ganz einfach nur eine Illusion ist.
Der Film hat es geschafft uns von der ersten Sekunde an mit in diesen Prozess zu ziehen! Er tut das auf eine fast schon schmerzhaft humorvolle, leichte Art, nur um dich im nächsten Moment wieder alles hinterfragen zu lassen. Das confession-game hat uns danach auch einen perfekten Leitfaden zur Reflektion geschenkt, um diese Themen öffnend und leicht ausklingen zu lassen. Es war wirklich so heilsam und wir können euch dieses Erlebnis nuuuur ans Herz legen ❤️🔥

WHY WE ARE SOCIAL CREATURES WIRED FOR CONNECTION
Our daily life was never meant to be spent in isolation. The modern system separated us from our true nature which is to co-create, to solve problems together and be present within our tribes.
Being alone is a quiet act, but being together is a resonance. When we breathe or sit in shared silence, our individual nervous systems begins to "tune" to one another, much like a forest of trees communicating through a single root system.
In this space of fountain, your personal burden becomes lighter because the created and shared energy of the group holds it with you. Science calls this "co-regulation". The biological phenomenon where our heart rates and brainwaves synchronize, turning a room of strangers into a single, restorative circuit. Like Mycelium.
