This is an ode to women who didn’t get to chose their partners and were seen as property. This is for the women who are treated as such! It’s to show the strength and duality of women as brides are no longer forced to marry for status, family, and financial security but rather for free will. Its meant to show women as partners who can equally protect and provide for their partners. Who want to protect and provide for their partners who have the right to choose the color of their wedding dress or who sexy or traditional or is.

It was my first time in Copenhagen and I loved being there and capturing the shows. The shot of the media pit and audience is one of my favorite that encompasses the feelings of being 1/20 on platform per show. There’s an adrenaline element to shooting fashion shows; the now or never moment. The speed and the endurance to do show after show.
