24 workouts over 28 days!! Im back to how it should be, despite working 10 hour days in retail, I did an entire month of 6 workouts a week! I give it as much hell as my 20’s have given me and I don’t plan on slowing down. Come May when I turn 30, I want to be a force to be reckoned with. I’m done fucking around, tired of being taken advantage of, and tired of others failing me! I want my life to start being the one I’ve worked so hard for! I couldn’t be more happy with myself, I took the days between Christmas and the New Year and did 6 workouts in the week. This is what I was doing when I was at my peak performance and I intend to continue it all year long. I feel so much better than I did last week. Stronger and more focused!
