TLDR.
2022 was my first time cooking at Coachella (the biggest music festivals in the world!) - I was tasked with managing a mini food fest within the festival for the executives, artists & management. I produced a bbq skewer booth, pizza booth, tacos & ice cream booth where the lake is. Iykyk.
In 2023 we were invited to bring @veggiefam.la
To be a vendor and the rest is history ! Creating memories that’ll last lifetimes.
It’s 2026 Going into our 5th year slanging food at Coachella. This year is a different tho. We’ve been granted the opportunity to produce more food & a bigger footprint.
We couldn’t have done any of this without the support & dedication of our team ! Even tho @khristyneh says she’s not a chef, she’s been there by my side since day one building this whole thing. & shoutout for the continued love and support from our friends and family.

Burning man was quite the initiation yall 😭
@burningman took me to the deepest depths of my being. I remember thinking, “ Does God want me to crack? I feel like I’m being faced to crack.”
After being faced with so many hurdles — two tires popped, a speeding ticket, a 24 hour delay, being stuck in the nastiest sandstorm at the entrance of burning man, with back-to-back storms and needing to hunker down each day with crazy rain and sticky mud, propane dying in the beginning of the service week, constant pivots and navigating new waters. Shit was bonkers yall
We’ve done festivals for 7+ years and yet this festival is literally a whole other breed like with steroids lol
I was reminded that I simply cannot control things outside of my control. I was reminded to surrender, and most importantly ask for support
Through my breaking open, I was held in a safe space. Seen, acknowledged, and loved even in my lowest moments. It reminded me of how I continuously hold space for others, loving them unconditionally no matter where they are in life. To be mirrored in what I naturally give was such a beautiful and healing experience
It was a turning point after that personally and collectively as a community. We went through the wringer together and we got to play together 🙏🏽
The storms stopped. Chaos into beauty. Yet there’s so much beauty in the chaos
I got to connect deeply with others. Feed people’s souls. Experience art. Be part of the coolest camp with the coolest art cars with the coolest people 💕
