I got asked how a breakfast show can do better — and here’s what I said šŸ‘‡ If your audience can’t find you outside the airwaves, they’ll forget you exist. Be loud. Be seen. Be everywhere. šŸ“» Use your station. šŸ“± Own your social media. šŸ¤ Collaborate with influencers. Every show deserves to shine beyond its airtime ✨ šŸ“© And if you’d like to book a consultation with me, or explore collaboration, my DMs are open. #BrandingTips #MediaStrategy #RadioShow #MarketingConsultant #VisibilityIsKey #businessconsultant #business #businesstips #businessconsultants #businessadvice #businessconsultant #businesscoach #businessgrowthstrategy #business #businessgrowth

This past year has been so great. Moving from Nigeria to Canada to improve my skills and knowledge and experience a totally different and diverse culture has been beautiful. I had a few challenges, but with the strength of God, the support of family, and the friends I made through it, I made my family and friends very proud, as well as my country, Nigeria. Words may fail me to say how much I love my country, but when I lived there for 23 years of my life, it brought laughter, hope, and the need for growth. I hope to return in the near future to help my community and my nation with my skills, experience, and knowledge. I am eternally grateful to my instructor, the Canadian government, and Saskatchewan Polytechnic for the opportunity to learn a lot from them. A famous writer once said we are called the human race—not differences, just humans being alive. Another person stated, ā€œWe RISE BY LIFTING OTHERS.ā€ #nigerian #nigeriašŸ‡³šŸ‡¬ #canadašŸ‡ØšŸ‡¦ @nigeriagov @officialasiwajubat @ebuka @debolalagos @siruti @mofedamijo

GRACE & GRIND WEEKLY By Fumnanya Anthonia Mordi Title: Be Still & Listen Sometimes, it takes sitting with yourself. Sitting in the stillness. Sitting in the quiet moments where it’s just you and God. Because it is often in those moments away from the noise, away from the crowd, away from the opinions and expectations of people that the Spirit of God begins to speak. The truth is, the crowd will always have something to say. The world will always have opinions, pressures, distractions, and noise trying to pull you in different directions. But when you step away from it all… when you become still… you begin to hear clearly again. You hear His voice. You hear His direction. You hear His love. And in that quiet place, when you decide to have a conversation with your Father, He listens. He hears every unspoken word, every hidden burden, every silent prayer and He responds. So today, I want to remind you: Be still. Be still and know that He is God. Be still and know that He hears you. Be still and know that you are deeply loved. Be still and know that in your quiet moments, He will speak, and you will hear Him clearly. He will guide you. He will direct you. He will remind you that you are never alone. Sometimes, clarity does not come from the noise. Sometimes, it comes from the stillness. How are you doing today?

GRACE & GRIND WEEKLY By Fumnanya Anthonia Mordi Title: Miracles in Silence Have you ever noticed how one word can change your entire day? One kind word… and your heart feels lighter. One encouraging sentence… and something in you comes alive again. But then there’s the silence. The silence from people you wish would say those words. The ones you hoped would see you… but don’t. And slowly, your mind stays there on who didn’t show up, on what wasn’t said. But what if that’s where the problem is? What if your focus has been too fixed on people… and not enough on God? Because even in the silence God is still speaking. Just not always the way you expect. He speaks in the friend who checks on you. In the stranger who smiles at you. In the peace you feel for no reason. In the quiet strength you didn’t know you had. — _Today’s reminder:_ Shift your focus. Not from people out of pain but towards God with intention. Start noticing. Start appreciating. Start giving thanks for the small, quiet miracles around you. — When you do this, something changes. You stop feeling like something is missing… and start realizing something has been present all along. — You are not lacking love. God is expressing it daily in ways you may have overlooked. Choose to see it. Choose to receive it. Choose to yield. Completely. Amen.

GRACE & GRIND WEEKLY By Fumnanya Anthonia Mordi Beyond Gender — ā€œMen are like this.ā€ ā€œWomen are like that.ā€ We’ve all heard it. It’s easy. It’s convenient. But it’s also misleading. Because not everything is a gender issue. Sometimes it’s a character issue. Not every action comes from masculinity or femininity. Some come from values. From habits. From wounds. From choices. Not because they are a man or a woman… but because they are revealing their nature. The mistake we make? We filter people through gender. We hold onto wrong expectations. And in doing that we lose clarity. — Ask better questions: Is this person consistent? Do their actions match their words? Do they treat people with respect? Focus on patterns. Not labels (Not gender) — Because in the end… it’s not men vs women. It’s character vs character. And character always reveals itself. Choose to see clearly. Look beyond gender, no more gender bias. How’s your week going? ā¤ļø

Recently in April, I had a session where I shared my thoughts on breaking into a market with an established leader. I believe it was helpful, so I decided to share it here to help some businesses. If you’re a business owner, listen up and let me know in the comments if it helps. I’ll catch you in the next one.

There’s a conversation going around about ā€œnot dancing on social media.ā€ But here’s the truth many people miss: Every media platform has a language. Traditional media has structure. TV has scripting and timing. Radio has voice, pacing, and theatre of the mind. Billboards rely on bold visuals and split-second impact. Social media is no different — it has its own psychology, rhythm, and strategy. People come to social media to be: - Entertained - Engaged - Emotionally stimulated - Visually hooked That’s how the platforms are designed. That’s how the algorithm is wired. So when people use dance, trends, humor, or storytelling to market their work, it’s not ā€œdoing too much.ā€ It’s understanding the medium. Engagement drives visibility. Visibility drives awareness. Awareness drives sales. Now here’s the balance: You don’t have to jump on every trend. You don’t have to compromise your values. But you must understand the strategy behind the platform before rejecting the tools that make it work. Producers. Filmmakers. Business owners. Creatives. Before you invest your money into marketing, invest in understanding how each media channel actually works — or work with professionals who do. That’s how you stop losing money. That’s how you start building real visibility. That’s how your work reaches the audience it deserves. If you need media and marketing strategy tailored to your brand or production, my DMs are open. Let’s make your visibility make sense.
