I recently stepped outside my comfort zone as a remote art director for a fashion shoot. Despite the challenges of physical separation, collaborating with a talented team allowed us to bring our creative vision to life in new and exciting ways.
To adapt to a remote workflow, I relied on clear briefings, detailed references, and constant virtual communication. Each team member, including the meticulous retoucher, played a crucial role in achieving our artistic vision through seamless collaboration.

3 months ago, I took a huge leap of faith and traveled to the US in an attempt to pursue my dream of being an international photographer.
I had no contacts here, no leads or potential job offers, I had absolutely NOTHING!
My only plan was to work my butt off day and night until I reach where I want to be.
Some encouraged me, but the majority of my friends thought I was crazy to have had such an idea. I didn’t listen to anything but the voice in my head telling me that I’m talented enough to make it big in the fashion photography - industry in the US.
And here we are. 3 months after my relocation to the US, MY photoshoot is displayed in TIMES SQUARE! Along with a picture of my face! CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT ?!
I can't begin to describe how happy I am, and how grateful I am to everyone who encouraged and supported me along the journey.
I’m extremely proud of myself and I know that this is just the beginning of a huge success story, a story of an Egyptian guy who believed in himself and faced all the obstacles to reach where he knew he was supposed to be.
And of course, I want to thank @raniaayouniss and the glamorous team with whom I worked on this project. I wouldn’t have done it if it weren’t for you guys 🤍 Thank you
