our team was speaking spanglish all day (vamos!!!) and was truly blown away with the attention to detail from both an aesthetics standpoint and with alllll of the guest surprises. will a wedding without an hora loca ever be the same?! the cumbia was blasting, aguardiente flowing, & love abounding ❤️🔥

when we moved to the east coast in 2014, i was supposed to give up photography & throw myself completely into the world of nursing at hopkins. instead, i fell so much more in love with my craft in a beautiful new market and roped mateo into joining the business 🤍 we may live across state borders in virginia now, but we are SO proud to continue to serve the baltimore market & love every excuse to re-visit our old stomping grounds!

Brenna and Becca’s wedding was a beautiful lesson in how to honor tradition while staying entirely true to yourself 🥹
Every element of their Jewish ceremony was reimagined to reflect their own partnership—from each taking turns circling the other under the Chuppah to both breaking a glass at the end of the ceremony. It was personal, playful, and so distinctly them.
That same intentionality was woven into every aspect of the design. The checkerboard dance floor was a nod to the tiles in their favorite NYC restaurant, and the legal pads they used for their private vows were a perfect wink to their lives as lawyers. We even designed the ceiling installation to pull colors from the lesbian flag, making sure the entire day felt like a reflection of their story.
One of our favorite moments was seeing guests pull up a seat at the couple’s custom banquette to share a selfie and a quick conversation during dinner. It created the perfect opportunity for Brenna and Becca to truly soak in the time with their people before heading to the dance floor.
When a wedding is this thoughtful, you don’t just see the beauty—you feel it 🤍
