It’s been 10 years since I launched Resilience Turmeric Elixir. The packaging has evolved and production has scaled dramatically yet in spite of the vast assortment of “similar” products that have emerged, ours is still the best powdered turmeric blend I’ve found in terms of freshness, flavor, benefit and versatility. I would love to discover more quality competition and am genuinely saddened that the standards continue to be low even among so called wellness brands. Since day 1 we’ve used 3 types of #turmeric that are never boiled, they are sliced and dehydrated offering a fresh taste and a low effective dose of turmeric. Every detail is important because I know the impact it can have on lives. For example, we use lemon peel because of its quercetin content that boosts absorption of turmeric. I’ve not yet found a good source of lemon peel so we dehydrate it & I personally ground and sifted it for every single batch we’ve ever produced. We deserve food made w/ high standards - food that is tasty, nourishing & made for wellness. Having great products & being an innovator is not enough. It requires support. The landscape is competitive & the playing field is not level. Well funded, culturally-appropriated products made with poor standards by people who care more about profits than the impact of ultra processed foods (+microplastics) are rampant and it’s hard to decipher what’s real. Companies with healthy margins and low price points (often the result of cutting corners not scale) are not in it for us, but they are more investible and have more marketing reach. Many people satisfied to swallow a pill that may cause more harm than good to check a box, but I know enough of you care. Those of us willing to sacrifice margin (for a time) and do what it takes to produce the best products, are left out of too many conversations and feeds - it’s because of people like you that it can pay off. Shifting industry standards requires a commitment to integrity and it takes resilience. I am excited for Expo West this week and can’t wait to be with peers who are on this journey with me to create the food & beverages we all need. #entrepreneurjourney #resilience

Every industry develops its own “rules.” What packaging should look like. Who the product is supposedly for. What tone the brand should use. Over time those rules start to feel invisible, until someone steps into the category and quietly ignores them. A pet brand makes the supply chain visible instead of anonymous. A wellness brand reconnects turmeric to the cultural rituals it came from. A brewery designs a craft beer space that feels welcoming instead of intimidating. None of these changes look dramatic on the surface. But small shifts in perspective are often what move entire categories forward. This carousel is Part 2 of our Women’s History Month series highlighting women-led brands that are reshaping their industries in thoughtful ways. If you want the deeper breakdown behind these brands, we published the full analysis on Substack. 🔗 You can read the full piece #LINKINBIO

Wait, March is almost over? This quarter has flown by and I’ve piled up stuff that I’ve meant to post and share here…but now its 73 degrees and the birds are chirping and the to-do list doesn’t seem to be shrinking so I just made this little drink for myself and felt I needed to share it without delay so you can make this treat for yourself! It’s delicious. That is all… Turmeric Ginger Matcha Latte! 1 tsp Resilience Turmeric Elixir mixed in hot water 1 tsp matcha whisked in hot water (can be mixed together if you don’t want to watch the cool mixing) 5-6 oz @maizlyforall corn milk A bunch of the cutest little ice cubes… Sweeten as desired- I added a drizzle of simple syrup to mine. #turmericlatte #matchalatte #anjaliscup

Chaiquito — the cocktail of 2026. As a third-culture kid, honoring our roots isn’t about nostalgia—it’s how we can best nourish the future while staying grounded in the present. For immigrants and children of immigrants, there’s always that quiet calibration running in the background: why our families came here, what America is today, and what kind of country we’re committed to build and strengthen—together. With love. This weekend I debuted this cocktail at my home in East Harlem, surrounded by loved ones who braved the cold to celebrate my upcoming birthday and 12 years in business. It felt like such timely expression of what my brand, and this country, truly is and can be. Cultures meeting and melding. Curiosity and fluidity. Strength in community. Joy in the present. If our individual and collective threads are pulled from America’s fabric, there would be no cloth left. Watching Bad Bunny command the Super Bowl stage with such conviction made it click: this recipe is a tribute—from a child of Indian immigrants and a New Yorker—to him and to Puerto Rico. 🇵🇷 Benito, next time you’re in El Barrio, I’ll have one waiting. 🎂 Birthday special: 20% off chai concentrate at anjaliscup.com Code CHAIQUITO — through midnight 2/10 Comment “Chaiquito” and we’ll DM you the recipe! #foryou #chai #nyc #badbunny #coquito

We’re having a sale! As we enter December and begin to look back on 2025, I wanted to share an update. First, we have refreshed anjaliscup.com! We really wanted it to showcase the warmth and vibrancy of our products—and our community!—in an inviting way, both for regular customers and for those encountering us for the first time. Please check it out and DM or email to let us know what you think. (We’ll be sending a $25 gift card to the person who sends in the most helpful feedback!) We have also been busy working to ensure that we have inventory for this season while continuing to navigate the ripple effects of the tariffs across the whole supply chain. (We were actually featured on CNBC’s The Bottom Line as an example of the businesses made most vulnerable by the current situation.) While large companies have the resources and clout to navigate this climate with greater ease, small businesses like ours are struggling in profound ways. Recent hurdles have challenged and changed our business and forced us to prioritize and clarify. It has been difficult and tiring, but we know many are in the same boat as us and we have Resilience (pun intended). We adapt and we push on, driven by our mission and purpose. As we just celebrated Thanksgiving, I wanted to express my heartfelt, enormous THANKS for all the support you’ve given Anjali’s Cup during these tough times. It is the value you find in our products, the way they make a difference in your lives and the lives of your loved ones, that motivates us and keeps us hopeful. We hope you continue to support small businesses including ours in the coming days and weeks, as your purchases this season will determine our course forward in 2026. As a token of our gratitude, we are offering 20% off all orders placed between now and 11:59pm EST this Friday, December 5th, using code CUPSOFCOMFORT. This discount can be used multiple times to ship gifts to various addresses, so that you can help everyone you love have a cozy, delicious, and healthful close to 2025.
