My new EP “lamppost” is now on all platforms!! Isn’t she pretty?

This EP has been a short time coming.
Over the past couple years I’ve found myself very worried about the perfect recording, the perfect show, the perfect release, and I lost track of why I was doing music in the first place. I think about my junior year of high school, locked away in my room pressing random buttons on ableton until something sounded cool. I wanted to return to that carefree way of making music. In June, I decided I’ll release an “impulse EP” on August 5th at 1:53pm, and in two months I wrote, and recorded “lamppost.” It’s been a great experience playing with ableton presets again and throwing down the first thing that came to my mind. It was also a nice return to the lofi rock sound that got me excited about music in the first place. It is an instinctual EP fed by my subconscious instead of being fed by pressure or worry. I will not be promoting it very much because I don’t want to, this music was created for this moment and I would like to move on to the next project. So I really hope you take a listen and add it to a playlist or show your mom or learn a track on guitar.
