I almost didn't start.  I almost stopped a dozen times after.  The judgment is real.  The stomach-drop after you hit post is real.  The people who disappear when you stop performing ... it's real.  But so is the person who said:  "I found you because of something you shared  and I felt like I already knew you."    That's what being seen actually gets you.  Not just followers. The right people.  Do it scared. Do it anyway.    To anyone (real estate professional or not) who is in their building season - I see YOU!

It's HERE!!!! Stoked to be featured in @wsj alongside @jasonoppenheim @thenycagent_ @katielance …. When Andrew Jevin was going through a training program with Keller Williams RealtyInc. eight years ago, he says, new agents were encouraged to pull out their phones and call everyone they knew to tell them they had gotten into real estate. It was every millennial’s nightmare—voice calls out of the blue. “I legit froze,” he says. “I was like, ‘Oh my god…nobody’s gonna answer. I hope to inspire agents to do the same. #agentsofcompass #realtor #thesnappingrealtor #thewallstreetjournal #realtorsofinstagram #losangelesrealtor

A few years ago, I sat in that audience at @vidcon .    Watching the speakers. The panelists. The creators who had built something real on social media... and I remember thinking to myself… there is no way they are ever going to put a real estate agent up on that stage.    I held onto that thought for years.    And today I get to tell you - I was wrong. 😭🎤    I am so proud to share that @glenndabaker and I are believed to be the first real estate agents to lead a panel at VidCon. Alongside the incredible @nickybelardo and @jowongsy , we’re taking the stage in Anaheim and I genuinely cannot believe this is my life. Proud to be reppin @compass on stage 🙏🙏   From the audience to the stage. Full circle doesn’t even cover it.    If you’re going to VidCon this year, come find me. I’ll be the one trying not to cry backstage. 😂    See you in Anaheim. 🌟 @getpopstore

I’ve spent the last decade mentally stuck at 35… but 45 just pulled up and she means business. 🕯️ I've always considered myself a late bloomer 🫪 This year has already been the most full, most blessed, most opportunity-rich of my life and I don’t take that lightly. Thank you for being part of it. 🙏    (but I still look 35, right? 😏)    Reflective post coming too but back to a sounds bath here in mexico 🤣 ty @nomadeholbox for giving me what I didn't know I needed this week 🌴🌅

Andrew Jevin was posting real estate content on Snapchat before Instagram Stories even existed 😳 At the time, other agents made fun of him for it. Now? Those same agents ask him for help and pay him to teach them how to use social media. Funny how things work out 👀 Watch the full episode now on YouTube 🎥

I almost didn't share my story this week 🫪🫪   This was the first time I've gone this deep, this honest, about this much of myself on a stage in front of people. And that same voice showed up... don't be a stupid idiot. This may not go the way you intend.    I shared it anyway.    The conversations after, the DMs, the texts since leaving the stage have been amazing. To see that showing up fully, even when it's uncomfortable can have this kind of impact has made the whole journey worth it.    Being a part of Compass for close to eight years has impacted my life in ways I truly could never have imagined.    If you're sitting on a story, a post, a version of yourself you haven't let people see yet... this is your sign.    The world won't end.    It might just get a whole lot better.    Thank you @amybennett30a and @stevenabusch and thank you 30A. I can't wait to come back. 🌊 @compassfl @compass

In a world where everyone is visible, the real advantage is being real and for some reason I can't quit you Florida 🫪🫪   We live in an era where showing up online feels like a performance... curated, polished, and perfectly filtered. But here's what I've learned: authenticity isn't a weakness. It's your greatest competitive edge. 🌊    Confidence isn't something you find before you show up. It's something you build by showing up, consistently, vulnerably, and without apology. Every time you choose to be seen, even when it's uncomfortable, you're building trust. And trust builds businesses.    I'm honored to be taking the stage at 30A in May with Compass, surrounded by some of the most driven, heart-led agents in the industry. We're going to dig into what it really means to lead with authenticity both online AND offline and how showing up with intention turns attention into meaningful opportunity.    If you're going to be there, come find me. Let's connect, share ideas, and pour into one another. That's what this coastline was made for. 🌅  See you in 30A. ☀️ First time - where do I need to go?

⁣Still processing last week at @inmanconnect in Nashville. ⁣ ⁣From blacking out on stage for a second, forgetting the question I was asked, to sharing my origin story and hoping it reminded agents in the room that you do not have to become someone else to build a powerful brand and business… you just have to be more of yourself. ⁣ ⁣It was such an honor to speak, connect, and spend time with so many incredible agents. Thank you to Inman for having me, to everyone who came to the session, and to every person who stopped me after, sent a DM, shared a story, or simply said, “I needed to hear that.” ⁣ ⁣Those moments mean more than you know. ⁣I’m still making my way through all of the messages, and I promise I’ll respond to every one. Hearing how much the conversation around authenticity, confidence, and showing up as yourself resonated has meant everything. ⁣ ⁣This business can make people feel like they need to fit into a mold. I hope my story reminded you that your difference is actually your advantage. ⁣ ⁣Keep showing up.
Keep telling your story.
Keep building the business that feels like you. ⁣ ⁣Next stop: Inman Connect San Diego 🌴
