I cannot believe it has already been a full month since music’s biggest night ⭐️ Grammy Week 2026 was one for the books, not only through the historical wins (I am definitely hinting at Bad Bunny👀), but also through the people by whom I was so lucky to be surrounded (I must shout out my forever parter-in-shenanigans, @wreckeds_ ). The fact that I got to share these incredible experiences with inspiring friends, both old and new, made this dream feel even more ethereal, yet so vividly human.❤️ It has always been about the community and I can only say I am the luckiest girl in the world to have the best humans around me in this crazy beautiful industry.💫 The Grammy Awards will never cease to both amaze and humble me and I still pinch myself that this is my life. Little Andreea is buzzing. Older Andreea is proud. On to even greater things. 💜

Last week felt like an actual homecoming for me. I got to not only attend, but also speak at the 40th Anniversary Edition of @esns.nl , in the city that was my home for almost 3 years (excluding the pandemic🫡)⭐️ I vividly remember staying in the university library (right in front of the Academy Building, shown in this carousel) probably 6 years ago and receiving an e-mail from one of my professors (not shown in this carousel, for that matter). They were looking for volunteers for ESNS that year and only had few spots available. I was not quick enough and I missed my chance. Frankly, I am not even sure I was realizing how big of a deal this conference was. 😅 Now, in 2026, this whole experience was a full circle moment for me, having not been to Groningen since graduating in 2021. What an incredible way of returning to a place you once called home. ❤️ I want to thank @easterneuropeanmusicacademy and @musicexportukraine for giving me this opportunity and for enabling this Romanian girl to share her experiences on such a global stage. 🌍 To all of the amazing people I got to meet and the old connections that were rekindled, I can only humbly say that you inspire me to be a better professional and a more grounded person. I am not taking any part of this journey for granted. How could I?💫

I believe this trip to Barcelona and its surroundings deserves it own in-feed post, not just for the sake of breaking the LA theme for a second, but also because it has marked my very first time in Spain (crazy!!!) 🇪🇸. The neck-breaking architecture, the siesta-induced easiness in the daily life (I still do not believe I could get used to that 😅), but most importantly, the natural beauty that merges with modernity in the most gracious way I have ever seen, make Barcelona a place to which I will always want to come back. I finally get the hype😎. I am overflowing with gratitude (as always) for this experience and for the incredible people I had the chance to meet and whom I joyfully call friends❤️ You know who you are and I thank you for that🙏. The “S” was finally not silent 🫡

It has been a month since @wreckeds_ and I’s first studio session in Los Angeles, at the beginning of what was about to be an incredible fortnight of creative insanity and dreams come true. 💫 I could not put into words how transformative and enlightening this experience has been for me, solidifying once again that LA still is the place to be as a creative that wants to take their career to the next level. 🙌 To all the brilliant and groundbreaking producers, songwriters, friends and collaborators that have allowed me to share moments with them during this trip (most of them not captured within these brief 20 slides!), I can only thank you for everything that you do and for believing in me. Lastly, @wreckeds_ , I am immensely grateful to you for choosing me as a side-kick on this crazy, exciting and all too often magical journey that is music. ⭐️ My dear Los Angeles, I will see you soon. Thank you for turning little Andreea’s dreams into reality. 💜

Last Sunday, our colleague Andreea Dascalu attended the 67th edition of the Grammy Awards as a Grammy U Ambassador for the New York Chapter. She got to participate in both the Opening Ceremony, where most of the winners are announced, as well as the Telecast, the main ceremony that is also televised (and now streamed). Andreea took us along with her on this exciting day, sharing glimpses of her getting ready, on the way to the event, enjoying the exhilarating performances, and inspiring acceptance speeches. From Beyoncé’s historic Album of the Year win for “Cowboy Carter” to Kendrick Lamar’s 5 wins for his diss track to Drake, “Not Like Us,” to Best New Artist winner Chappell Roan’s powerful speech demanding that labels offer healthcare and livable wages to their rosters of artists, the evening was filled with a heightened sense of community and togetherness. Besides the celebration of music, the day was a call-to-action for fellow Recording Academy members to donate to MusiCares and other organizations helping those affected by the LA wildfires, raising almost 9 million dollars in donations on Grammy Sunday alone and over 24 million dollars throughout the entire Grammy Week. Deemed one of the best editions of the past decade, the 2025 Grammys were an exciting and empowering display of love, drag, community, and, above all, music and all its magic. #grammys2025

Summing the past week in only 20 posts has proven to be extremely difficult but regardless, here is my attempt. Last Sunday I achieved one of my wildest dreams since I was 8 years old: attend the Grammys as a guest.⭐️ Music’s biggest night for me was the epitome of a lifelong dedication and passion to music and all its magic. Little Andreea was definitely buzzing with enthusiasm seeing a bit older version of herself up in that seat, in the Crypto Arena, cheering for her favorite artists and singing along to incredible performances.🥹 To all the people I have met, as well to all of the friends I have reunited with during Grammy Week 2025, I want to thank you for making me feel so welcomed back in LA, in probably the most thrilling context in which I could have ever found myself. Thank you, @recordingacademy and @grammyu for making my bucket list feel attainable. I am forever grateful for this week and I do not take it lightly in any way. How could I?💜

Fashionably late NYFW post ✨ Luckily, @thearmoryshow was in town as well so I had the chance to immerse myself in art, beyond fashion. 🖼️ I checked attending fashion week off my bucket list this past September but I have yet to process it. A @tommyhilfiger show on a boat on Pier 5 and @cfashionista Creator’s Loft pop-up with @nicolemillernyc herself…not too bad for a first time💜 Keep going with your silly dreams, folks.⭐️

I am still processing the past week (and probably will be for the foreseeable future) but my very first Grammy Week was nothing short of extraordinary. The fact that I finally fulfilled my dream of going to Los Angeles and did so in the most incredible of circumstances would definitely make the little 12-year old Andreea, who spent hours on Google Maps through the streets of Hollywood, proud 🥹. Beyond the meetings, events and parties, this week was genuinely about the people I was lucky enough to meet and connect with (some of them can be found on these slides, but all of them hold a special place in my heart💜). Thank you @recordingacademy and @grammyu for allowing my wildest dreams to come true in the city of angels. I’m forever grateful for this life. This is just the begging🙏. To many more Grammy Weeks! #grammyu #recordingacademy #grammyweek2024

This past week deserved an in-feed post (or carousel, or merry-go-round…whatever floats your boat -get it? because it was in Liverpool and it is a port city🤓). Anyways. I grew up watching Eurovision every year and I remember asking my mother if we can go to the show when Romania will host it. It has always felt untouchable, like something bigger than anything I could grasp. Fast forward around 18 years later and here I was, being invited to attend Eurovision by an incredible band (shout out to @piquedjacks_ and @toyahbuse 🙏), which happened to compete in the greatest entertainment show in the world and represent San Marino. The fact that I have been collaborating with them and managed their Twitter community during these crazy past months is mind blowing, yet utterly real. There is a lot to say and I do tend to always overwrite, but I will end this by saying that nothing is actually out of your grasp. Dreams CAN come true and I hope I can attest to this. Someone pinch me (or don’t, I am really enjoying this dream)! ✨💜

Missing The Hague…also, after this picture was taken, my dad and I got churros but a group of reckless seagulls attacked us and stole one. We are still recovering. Swipe for the crime scene.

Major throwback but this is one of my favorite pictures from one of my favorite trips so this should be enough of a justification. Now back to writing my thesis. Peace.✌️
