Andrea is committed to classic technique and quality. His dough proofs for two days, Sicilians rest overnight for a lighter square, and every ingredient is natural and organic. 🍅 The menu features true NYC staples like calzones, garlic knots, airy Sicilians, and standout slices such as pork sausage with banana pepper, beef pepperoni, and vodka squares, along with a cheese slice he considers the heart of any pizzeria. 🧀
