Hi! I hope I don’t offend anyone, when writing on this page. My name is Sandra Fransson and I’m Andreas little sister. I wanted to start by thanking everyone for all the amazing support me and my family has got the last year; it has meant so much to us! I’m writing here today because I want to spread the word about the non-profit organisation that me, my family and friends of Andreas has started in his honour. It's called Safe Passions and we have started this org. because before Andreas died he often talked about how he wanted to give back to the skiing community and educate youths and young adults about safety in the mountains. So now we want to fulfil his dream and do so in his honour. We have a few projects going on right now: -A tribute ski collection that we are bidding out on @safepassions homepage, its a collaboration between Salomon and @sandraskonst and all the money will go to Safe Passions. -A poster that we are selling, it’s the same artwork as the ski and it represents Andreas’s life path (//product/from-darkness-in-to-the-light) -A Freeski/Safety camp in Chamonix in January that you can apply to and join at Safe Passions website. Our Patagonia adventure just started! I'm so looking forward hanging out with @auclairjp @bjarnesalen @danielronnback (photo credit) for two weeks in the wild! You will probably not hear much from us in a while, but it's worth keeping your eyes open for #apogeeskiing project which is a collaboration between JP and myself with first webisode dropping later this autumn!

Packing for a return to the south! Everything I bring, except my Ipod and Iphone. As I got so many questions last time, and someone made me promise a packlist, well... I must say I have a weakness for skiing couloirs. This one is from the last time I visited Patagonia two years ago. Probably the deepest thing I've ever climbed, a perfect splitter and a obvious first. The experience was shared with three awesome Austrian mountain men and @bjarnesalen with a drive in their Fiat Panda and crossing the craziest river I've ever crossed! Looking forward adventuring again in the south with Peluche, which is Bjarne's nickname in the lands of the south!

Perfect Chamonix weather... For creating good alpine ski and climbing conditions, but also for packing and preparing new adventures!
