A little jungle moment in the middle of the CNE šæš”
This mural was created for the CNE as a colourful public art installation, bringing tropical plants, bold lettering, and summer energy into one of Torontoās biggest events.
As a muralist, I love when artwork gets to live in busy, joyful places where people can walk by, pause, take it in, and feel something.
This one was bold, playful, and full of colour.
Thank you @letsgototheex for having me šāØ

āØThis wasnāt meant to be a mural. It was a photo booth w/ a quick turnaround. I approached it the same way I approach any wall. šš½ššŗ
Whether itās a mural, a panel, or a temporary installation the goal is always the same: to create something people remember.
Special thanks to @jimenarl31 for the assistance š«¶š½

š» itās been a hot minute, so I am slowly sharing moments from last year āØ
I had the amazing opportunity to assist my friend and fellow badass muralist @yyasist on her biggest work yet. It is wild to think we were both finalists in this project.
Instead of competition we chose collaboration š
This was my first time working at this scale, and I LOVE IT! Long days, boom lift, heat that would not let us work, and so much learning along the way; it was awesome š
Seeing it now feels surreal.
Thank you Yasi, and @stepspublicart
(Thank you @esegarciab who took the video of us painting from a distance šš½)

Iām back š
Sharing this fun mural from 2025 as I slowly try to get back into the groove.
Starting here: Jungle in YZD
Thank you @northyorkarts and @yzdtoronto for the opportunity to bring a bit of my jungle into this space šæ
HUGE CONGRATULATIONS to Yasaman Mehrsa @yyasist and her team on the launch of the Yellow Oasis mural! This is St. Clair Westās newest, largest, and BRIGHTEST mural this year!
Shout to the Artist Assistants: Andrea Rodriguez @andreacataro , April Song, Hope Flynn @hopeflynntheartist , and Prachi Dhase.
Yellow Oasis draws inspiration from Garrison Creek, a buried waterway that once flowed through St. Clair West. Historically, a gathering place for Indigenous communities and later waves of newcomers, the creek symbolizes continuity, connection, and memory, themes carried forward in Mehrsaās design.
This mural is made possible with sponsorship and support from: @stepspublicart , @start_streetartoronto , and the Hillcrest Village community members.

Summer is going by so fast. I always tell myself, "I'll post this," and then suddenly, it has been FOUR WEEKS. Forgive me, I am back now, ready to share that I'll be speaking at DesignThinkers Toronto! šØāØ
This October, I'll be stepping on stage at Canada's biggest graphic design conference to talk about something super close to my heart: creative entrepreneurship (aka artrepreneurship!). I'll be sharing the real behind-the-scenes of building your creative business, navigating the in-between spaces, and doing it all as a muralist, designer, and educator. š„Whether you're attending in person or tuning in virtually, I'd love for you to join!

Some say āItās just paint on a barrier.ā
But to me? Itās visibility. Itās pride. Itās a reminder that public art matters; even on something as everyday as a concrete block.
This little mural now lives out on the streets of Toronto, and I love that. š
From overlooked space to something worth noticing.
Thanks to @start_streetartoronto (for coordinating this) and @ian.made.it (for that last video of the barrier leaving the lot to go live happily in its home at Avenue road)
