#thrillerfest was a joyful blurāI saw so many old friends and made new ones, basked in the brilliance of authors and book lovers, laughed til my side hurt at dinners, drinks, and parties, and thanked my lucky stars that Iām part of this warm, wonderful community. Lordy, Lordy! So grateful to all the friends who made this past weekend so much funāand who make my life so full. From cocktails in the forest to spotting salamanders in the lake to an epic taco bar (compliments of @jdills26 ) and photo booth (compliments of my local thrift shop), this trip upstate was one for the ages!
Final 30 minutes of my 30s! Iām feeling good about the milestone, grateful for my community, and excited about all the adventure the next decade will bring. Iām observing the May Day data and general strike and encourage you to do the same! Cheers, and thanks for making this trip around the sun such a memorable one. š„
