Thank you to everyone who came to our group art show ’MADE IN SPAIN’ at gallery @inbetweenibiza last July 26th. I feel beyond honoured to have shared my work with other dear Spanish artists: For me, accepting the final manifestation of these works was not easy. It was a complex, intimate process—yet also a deeply enriching journey of exploration and meaning. We are used to seeing only the final most iconic pieces of the artists we admire. But an artist’s path is made of countless moments, endless experiments, and many works that together form the whole story. Everything I share comes from what is real and pure. It is visceral, transparent—arising from the deepest part of me. I speak of personal experience, of trauma and healing. Of the divine and the spiritual, but also the human and the earthly. At first, I felt shame. I felt small. I thought I hadn’t given enough. But with distance, I now see the works differently. I see their weight, their context, their meaning. I see both the strength of their message and the value of their very existence. I’ve learned to let my emotions and thoughts breathe. To give them space. Only then can I look with honesty and clarity—without the noise of doubt or insecurity. And I’ve come to understand something: we cannot always fully realize what we imagine. Yet that does not diminish the importance, value, or resonance of what we create. Each piece is a bridge to the next, weaving together the story of the artist—my story. Though small, these works mark the beginning of a deeper exploration: of lineage, trauma, roots, blood, ancestors. They are the start of a profound journey. One that has only just begun. The exhibition is open until September 16th in D’Alt Vila (Ibiza) with works from: @jaimeurdiales.art @irenemolina_ @filipcustic @mirandamakaroff @misterpiro @sabekns @ana_sting

Feeling grateful to be featured in the IV print issue of @violamagazine , ‘Neonatureza’ 🌿✨ It was such a pleasure welcoming the lovely @nereazur into my Barcelona art studio to talk about my work, process, and inspirations. We ended up diving deep—and I love that my practice has been described as “Ritual Art”… I’ll take that! 🌙 The interview reads like a story, and I’d love to know how it resonates with you. Share your thoughts with me 🤍 You can grab a copy of the new issue through @violamagazine and discover many more incredible artists within its pages!

I’m beyond excited to announce my upcoming group art show in Ibiza, opening on July 26th! I’m currently working on new pieces, diving deeper into my interest in upcycled fabric sculptures, and I honestly can’t wait to share them with you. Even if I haven’t found a proper studio on the island, I’ve kept creating—whether from home or out in nature. It’s truly a gift. What could be more inspiring than hearing birds sing and feeling the sun on my face while I work? As we say in Spain, “No hay mal que por bien no venga”—every cloud has a silver lining. And I believe that God always knows best. I’m deeply honored to exhibit alongside some of Spain’s most talented artists and friends. It truly feels like a dream come true. ✨ Join us at @inbetweenibiza for the opening of “Made in Spain,” a group exhibition celebrating national talent. This show brings together deep cultural roots with cutting-edge contemporary expressions. It invites us to reimagine Spanish identity through a lens that is bold, diverse, and modern, offering a journey through the most compelling visual stories in today’s Spanish art scene. Historically, cafés in Spain were hubs of creativity and exchange—places where artists gathered, shared ideas, and inspired movements. The napkin featured above symbolizes our effort to carry that spirit into the present: fostering a space where creativity, conversation, and community can thrive once again. See you in two weeks!

Transformation often happens in hidden or unseen places, whether in nature, in the womb, or even in personal growth. In the dark, both literal and figurative, things can develop and change without external distractions or judgment. The darkness of the earth or the womb could symbolize a space of nurturing, protection, and quiet development, where the foundation for something new is laid before it emerges into the light. Just as we are created and transformed in our mothers’ wombs, or seeds germinate in the soil, these moments of unseen transformation are crucial for what comes next—whether it’s life, growth, or a deeper understanding of ourselves. It’s a powerful reminder that many processes of change, creation, and growth are not immediately visible but take place in quiet, nurturing environments before they unfold. In my previous solo show I used the power of performance as a form of ritual to let go of my own weights, oppression and suffocation, at the end of this sacred act I planted some seeds in the soil of the exhibition space and invited the audience as a symbol of creating a new reality, reminding myself and others that sometimes we need things to be destroyed and crumble into our deepest shadows in order to be born again. This second performance, which I believe is an extension of this first one as a kind of a second act, was crucial to understand the power of the divine dance between darkness and light and dive into the natural rhythms that live within the wisdom of our human nature. I believe this is just the beginning of understanding what is to come. De las cenizas renació LA FÉNIX. Photos by @och.niss 🤍

My week at @elnucleo_fundacionsz 🤍 What a dream! I’m beyond grateful for this experience @jaimeurdiales.art - It’s important to create spaces where artists can meet and develop their art together in a peaceful and safe environment and most important, a place to share personal stories, dreams and fears with other likeminded people. ✨
