Now that all of @kellymour__ 's beautiful photos from our wedding are in, I'm gonna have to parcel them out in batches. You know I don't have the self-restraint to do just one post when there's a gallery of 1,000 pictures!
First up: Friends.
The day after the wedding, @albamonica came to our hotel room to say goodbye and I suddenly couldn't stop crying. I felt so sad that many of the people I love live far away -- that on this important weekend, I was only able to have a few moments with some of them. When the emotion lifted, I left with a renewed sense of purpose about making the plan, taking the trip, putting in the effort to connect even when it's difficult. Because look at these special people and how much they make me smile! The best.

13!!! On Riggins' thirteenth birthday, I'm feeling deep gratitude for all the years I've had with my soul dog.
Before we got engaged, I'd constantly tell Ben, "Babe!! I just want Riggs to be at our wedding!!!" Now I'll always get to remember us walking down the aisle together as a little family, the way he plopped down on my dress train during photos, how in a room full of people he still chose to sit under our chairs.
He has some more greys in his coat these days, and it takes him a little longer to get up. But his joyous spirit remains the same. He still breaks out into a bunny-hop run when he's off-leash, still begs for any possible crumb from our meals, still rolls over immediately upon meeting someone new for a belly rub. He's my angel boy.

I've spent my whole life dreaming of having a love story like in the movies. How surreal that the girl in this one is me.
I love you, @blippman_ . My HUSBAND!!!!
