Fifty contributors came together in these pages, each expressing their own relationship to faith and community, through experiences of belonging, longing, joy, and resistance.

très heureux de collaborer avec lalacafé, où je prends en main la cuisine pour vous proposer une carte pour le petit-déjeuner et le déjeuner (pour démarrer).
j’ai envie d’y faire une cuisine simple et intentionnelle, construite autour des saveurs avec lesquelles j’ai grandi. Une cuisine qui nourrit, qui rassure, et qui reste accessible.
c’est aussi pour moi un espace d’expérimentation, pour imaginer des associations et des textures à partir de produits de saison et tout ce que la Méditerranée offre de plus généreux.
la cuisine sera ouverte du jeudi au lundi, et on proposera des snacks les journées où la cuisine est fermée (mardi et mercredi).
