Talk about living in alignment..
About a month ago I planned a family trip to see my family members in California. As I was planning this trip, I found out that @thefirstgenpsychologist was presenting her Tedx pitch with @tedxshorelinedrive That is when I pitched myself as a speaker’s assistant to learn the ins and outs of becoming a successful Tedx speaker.
It was an honor and privilege to attend this event and support Dr. Lisette through this.
This is a reminder that things happen for a reason and it is our job to take action when our intuition tells us to do something.
I took a dance class with the Denver Broncos Cheerleaders after not dancing seriously for more than 10 years.
It was challenging and rewarding at the same time.
It’s so beautiful to get out of my comfort zone and come back to dancing.
Am I where I used to be? nope
Am I in dancer shape? Nope
I am proud of myself for trying and doing my best.
This is my invitation for you to try something outside of your comfort zone… you might find cool things about yourself in the process.

Would you join an impromptu model group shoot with 6 other strangers? This was seriously such a fun project with 7 beautiful and kind women who built each other up the whole time!
