#AD Supporting small businesses is important to me as it helps give back to our local community. So, in the run up to #SmallBizSatUK I am delighted to be working with @americanexpressuk Shop Small and celebrate some of my favourite spots.
@wilder.botanics have recently opened their new shop on Lonsdale Road in Queenâs Park, where my friend Rachel handcrafts a selection of beautiful herbal teas, tinctures, and a range of artisanal lotions and potions.
@luca.restaurant is one of my favourites in Clerkenwell. This Italian spot is run by my friend Daniel, and pairs beautiful interiors with a menu thatâs just as captivating.
You canât beat breakfast at @lowryandbaker , my go-to spot in Ladbroke Grove when I lived there for eight years. I still crave the mushrooms on toast with feta cheese.
If youâre passionate about championing small businesses, go out this Saturday 6 December and support your favourites or try somewhere new and help keep our local communities thriving!

Dearest Udo.
It made zero sense why, in the film, you, in your mid-70âs, would be playing my father, or why your being German and my being British was never once acknowledged in the script, but it didnât matter. Thank you for being an incredibly fun âpapaâ, both on and off set.
Thank you for the fascinating conversation.
Thank you for standing up for me, more than once.
Thank you for updating me at breakfast EVERY morning where my IMDb star-meter was sitting at.
I learnt so much from you, both about acting and about how to navigate a set.
I will always remember your stories. Your tales of Gus Van Sant, Andy Warhol, River Phoenix. Iâll remember your warm hugs, and your iconic, unforgettable blue eyes.
All my love, rest well.

Memorie was born from a deeply personal idea by Amber Anderson, actress, model, muse, and longtime friend of Atelier VM.
During a coffee with the designer Viola, Amber shared her wish to preserve a tangible trace of her fatherâs memory.
From that sincere and intimate moment grew the inspiration to create Memorie: a jewel designed to hold a memory or fragment of life forever.
We met @amberandergram at our London store in @burlingtonarcade to ask her what Memory means to her and what she chose to keep inside her very own time capsule
