City vibes with Jen and Nick at the @theshelbournedublin and then onto @bewleysgraftonst for their Christmas wedding.
Two great city venues worth checking out if planning a wedding in Dublin City.
Love working with @markdonovanphotography for the first time. We had met a long time previous, at a photography conference so it was great to reconnect.
Fun fact - that day i said to Mark "Were you ever a referee?" Turns out he had referreed many of my schoolboy football matches around 25 years previously β½οΈπ₯
Is there a greater entrance than the one at @cityhalldublin ?
@kirsten_troy arriving for her wedding ceremony as Luke awaits.
Kirsten was played in on violin by one her friends and wedding guests. So special.

Bittersweet symphony at Luttrelstown? π
Another gem from one of my favourite venues in Dublin, @luttrellstowncastleresort , with Meghan and John.
A beautiful ceremony on site.
Planning on the day by Kim at @waterlily_weddings_
We also had a beautiful engagement shoot with Meghana and John during the summer when they were over for their tasting and hair and makeup trials.
"What happens if it rains?" π
A common question from couples, especiallywhen booking photography.
My mindset is we can only control how we react to what's in front of us.
We can hope and pray, but weather is out of our hands.
It *rarely* rains all day, but if it does we work inside, in this situation we are finding pockets of natural light, but other times we need to create some light, either with flash or continous light.
Be prepared to roll with whatever happens on your wedding day, and trust you have booked the right photographer.
They will make decisions based on your expectations x reality x your experience of the process.
In 2026 we are focusing equally on photography and still offering video.

Connor in a moment of calm at @luttrellstowncastleresort before his wedding ceremony.
I love the flow of a wedding day, the increase in excitement and the eventual overflow of emotion.
It's an honour to capture people on one of the most important occasions in their lives.
Molly and Connor at Luttrelstown Castle.
Just a few of my favourites.
They had a beautiful family wedding on the Thursday at St.Doolaghs on the Malahide Road, believed to be the oldest stone roofed church in Ireland.
Then a beautiful ceremony in Luttrelstown that weekend.
Thanks to Brian from @brian_shot_this who second shoot on photos with me and Rory, from @heartlandfilms who was the videographer for the day.
Between the 3 of us we delivered a beautiful mix of moments for Molly and Connor.
Thank you for trusting @amarestories with your vision and your dreams.
I am looking forward to editing the video soon too.
Another fantastic outdoor ceremony at @luttrellstowncastleresort with Xuedi and Chris from this summer.
The lawn is such a beautiful setting, and I often have to remind myself that I am still in Dublin when working at Luttrelstown. The grounds are vast and impressive.
