What a mental first half of the year.
Ticked off some very big things within my career, in February, I was lucky enough to go to El Salvador and Honduras, where I met Ricardo & Fernando Lima, the team at
@volcafeeurope and
@conexhsa . I got see coffee flower, picking & drying which was incredible.
I was then lucky enough to be able to make coffee in the Alps with
@beyond.the.bean which was a wild experience.
I then managed to dip a toe into competing, first at
@sca_uk Cup tasters, which was an awesome experience and left me wanting more.
I then thought Iād try Coffee in Good Spirits, where I managed to place 3rd.
Im beyond words for my gratitude for
@cliftoncoffee for giving me these opportunities and for allowing me the time to push myself and further my career within the industry.
