Train with IFBB Classic Physique Pro, @thornextdoor_ in the Main Studio as he guides male athletes in Classic Physique, Open Bodybuilding and Men’s Physique posing—focusing on clean execution, strong presentation, and bringing out your best look on stage. Over in the Dopamine Studio, IFBB Bikini Pro @alygray.ifbbpro will guide women in Bikini, Figure, Fit Model, and Wellness through mandatory posing, stage presence, and that confident walk—helping you flow effortlessly and stand out the second you step on stage. This is your chance to polish your poise, build confidence, and perfect your walk alongside the pros. Whether you’re a seasoned competitor or considering competing for the first time, this workshop is for you.
