The “why” behind Alt Muse… to create a comfortable environment for people of all backgrounds and skill sets to get together to talk honestly about their creative journeys, what inspires them, and the lessons they’ve learned along the way. Knowing a lot of freelancers who work by themselves and as a [former] creative team of one… I want to get people out from behind their desks, their studios, their comfort zones to connect with others over common ground. I hope this concept will further connect our community and open up opportunities to collaborate! This image is the literal ~vibe~ we’re talking about. I want it to feel personal… like your saddled up for a wine dinner at my friend @elschmed ‘s house. While I have no idea if that’s do-able for a free event for 20+ people… you can be sure that you’ve always got a friend on the guest list. The amount of people who immediately raised their hands to help out is a true testament to how lucky we are to be in this place with these people!
