The one thing that changes the whole room.
There is nothing in a renovation that makes a bigger difference than what covers the floors. I knew I wanted a natural Carpet and after 1000 samples settled on @alternativeflooring Jute Big Bucle scone I am the HAPPIEST - feels great, looks even better just glorious.
Some tips below:
1 : our rooms are bigger than the standard size that natural carpets are usually provided but this particular carpet comes in 5m rolls which means we don’t have to have joins (which cost extra)
2: GET AN EXPERIENCED FITTER. This carpet is no joke, it took 2 guys all day to do two rooms and they worked their socks off, it’s a real skill. The carpet is heavy and requires expertise - they were sensational verrrry good attention to detail @bpcarpetsflooring
3: we went for jute as it’s considered the softest of the natural materials. It sensitive to water so just be sensible about where you put it.
