Anche quando la politica degli Stati prende direzioni lontane dalla nostra idea inclusiva del mondo, la scena artistica riesce spesso a parlare una lingua diversa.
E dalla Terra d’Albione, nonostante tutto, continuano a emergere alcune delle evoluzioni più interessanti della musica contemporanea.
Alpha Maid è uno degli esempi più lucidi di questa traiettoria: suoni minimali ma profondi, vulnerabilità e controllo, incertezza e sicurezza che convivono nella stessa tensione.
Una musica che non resta immobile, ma si rigenera insieme alle trasformazioni dell’essere umano e della società contemporanea.

The programme, brought together by Leisha Thomas aka Alpha Maid, in celebration of her debut album Is this a queue?. Both nights feature the new Alpha Maid band show, alongside a host of a guests: Ben Vince (DJ), Coby Sey b2b Valentina Magaletti (DJ), The Landing Strip, Dr. Yolanda Olhene, and Remi Graves.
