two frames, two years, and somehow they both knew exactly where I was.
made by hands that feel like home—
by awesome folks I call my younger-brothers, but really just artists in the truest sense. the kind who don’t just create, they notice.
last year, when things felt heavier than they should’ve,
one of these found its way to me and quietly held space—
like it knew I needed hope before I could even say it out loud.
this year, as life slowly begins to open again,
there’s light in this one. soft, patient, finding its way in—
like it’s reminding me that maybe I am too.
funny how conversations around “real” art and everything else keep getting louder,
but something like this… it just feels certain.
because no machine could’ve known me like that.
i don’t say this enough, but I think about it every time—
how lucky I am to have people who see me,
and send pieces of themselves that feel absolutely priceless. ✨
