Cheers to a night to remember. We closed out March with Rob Scott (@rob.abv ) and Beau Quick (@flowerboybeau ) of @almanacphilly for a one-night pop-up rooted in seasonality and the rhythms of nature.
The evening blended Japanese and American influences throughout a curated cocktail menu featuring Kintoki Fizz, Plum’s The Word, Melonmaicha, and Mariposa—each drink a reflection of thoughtful sourcing and ingredient-driven craft.
Thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate culture, connection, and the art of the cocktail!
Big thanks to @kikiaranita and @phillyinquirer for featuring Almanac in her latest piece on Konbini culture and how it is slowly growing here in the City of Brotherly Love!
And speaking of love, if you love Japanese Konbini then you’ve gotta try our Konbini menu. Available for a limited time!
