I want to continue to grow as an artist and take my career to the next level. I love getting to create characters for film and tv. Someone had asked my process, I’m too lazy to make a whole video about it but swipe to see some BTS.
We had limited budget so I experimented with attaching wig lace to hollow cables, and using 3rd degree and skin tite to create the festering skin illusion while also adhering to the skin. Mike had the genius idea of using bottle caps as plug ports which not only look cool, but helped with the structural integrity. I added some prosaide transfers for the boils. We were filming in BW so I also kept testing the colors to make sure they popped in BW. But I also really like how they turned out in color. Lmk what you think
