Laura was able to spend time with Karen Carpenter back in the day, which would have only scratched the surface of what we’d hope to share/ talk with one of the greatest artists of the last century.

Insanity doing our best to get to @lex_con We suffered cancelled re-booked flights 2 days in a row!!! One got us as far as the runway and then back to the gate, only to have the NEXT flight cancelled after waiting for hours.

Before launching LIGHTHOUSE and preparing to make Stephen R. Bissette's TYRANT, I put together a lot of books as a freelance editor, and this is one of my very favorites from two of my very favorite people, Michael&Laura Allred.
The goal was to make an evergreen retrospective that ROCKED pg after pg and I think we did it.
That's the same goal with the upcoming TYRANT @kickstarter , to make every page count in the multiple deluxe editions being designed by Jim Rugg!
