Easily one of my favorite projects to date, these are all the pickles we are making (and some side projects with some veggie scraps) for our Koko Plate for our pop up @trickdogbar next week Tuesday 6-9 pm. (Menu here - just keep swiping 🥰)
Koko is special for me because it’s a style of pickles I learned about by my Great Grandmother, Dorothy Katsunuma. These veggies are particularly special because most of them come from Hikari Farm down in Watsonville. And I can’t wait to let yall try them.
