To my rib: As I’m sitting next to you on this remote island watching you soak up the sun, I can’t help but think how good of a job I did. From the night I walked up to that bathroom line at @littyinthecitytour and you asked if I went to Morgan, I knew someway somehow we’d end up exactly where we are right now. To our families, friends, relatives, & coworkers: we appreciate you all honoring our invitation(s) and standing in as witnesses to God’s Devine plan for Bianca and I. Keep us in your prayers, hold us accountable, and speak life into us as we embark on this new chapter together. 2 are now 1, and it’s for the better. I’d be lying if I said the route we took to Olumese was easy and smooth, but it was 1000% worth it. And now we’re here, #FromThisDayOlumese

When I met Bink she asked “what makes guys play around so much when it comes to women?” and I said I can only speak for myself, but stability would make it easier for me to take a lady serious. 4 years later, I’m in my groove; stable but still chasing it at the same time. Like I can see it. It’s not in the distance, it’s around the corner. And it’s so close because of two things; the Grace of God, and the standard my tribe has held me to my entire life. This new decade will be even more stable, it’ll be fruitful, it’ll be rewarding, it’ll be exhilarating, it’ll be comforting. “I still got levels I can tap into” . . . . . . 2022 has been THE most challenging year of my 20’s, but also the most rewarding. Those who know me well know that achieving this was nowhere near easy, but it allowed me to really put my faith to work. Obtaining this degree reminded me that when you ask God to order your steps, you cannot fail. It reminded me that everyone will not understand or agree with your decisions. It reaffirmed that I am a force to be reckoned with. Don’t ask me what’s next, just congratulate me on this achievement and let nothing I accomplish surprise you. This shoulda been posted with the last but idc. They say iron sharpens iron and the dudes around this table (physically and in spirit) are the sharpest I know. I speak on “the tribe” frequently and it’s not easily explained. These relationships and bonds aren’t solidified by just blood, time, or experience, but more so integrity and a mindset that isn’t spoken, but seen and upheld through action. Y’all know who you are, and even if you couldn’t make it, just know I love you with all my heart.
