Al Lindstrom is a radio marketing lifer with a background in digital media and content, whose relationships, instinct, and quiet-storm influence have helped shape how hip-hop records move—from commercial radio to satellite airwaves to streaming-era rotations.
Connecticut-born, sharpened through more than a decade in New Jersey, and now based in Charlotte, he has spent over two decades operating at the intersection of radio promotion, digital strategy, and artist development—building the connective tissue between artists, DJs, programmers, and platforms. He currently oversees radio and digital media for Mass Appeal Records, coming off a standout 2025 run with the “Legend Has It” campaign featuring Slick Rick, Raekwon, Ghostface Killah, Mobb Deep, De La Soul, Nas, and DJ Premier.
His work spans major campaigns across eras and tiers of hip-hop, including Nas, DJ Khaled, Future, Migos, Lil Baby, and Pusha T, along with over a decade handling radio duties for Quality Control Music (2013–2024).
