DIBNAH – Nitro Dark Mild | 3.0% Very proud to finally release our Nitro Dark Mild — DIBNAH! Built on a base of heritage malts, layered with speciality dark malts and British Northdown whole‑cone hops for that subtle berry‑and‑spice edge. Carbonated at high pressure with nitrogen for that classic slow cascade and an extra‑creamy head and mouthfeel. Together with our untouched borehole water, this small‑ABV mild hits well above its weight. Proper. 🔴 Lets Cask - Dark Ruby Mild | 5.4% Latest in our Lets Cask heritage cask range. Our take on a Victorian XX mild, a style that traditionally has a higher starting and finishing gravity with low hopping rates - We have stayed true to the sweet heritage malt base but we have given it a All Day twist of a good helping of East Kent Goldings whole cone hops in the kettle at lower temperatures to keep bitterness low, we think the hop aroma enhances the malt/yeast character rather than over powering - Expect big chewy mouthfeel, huge palate of plums and damsons upfront with a subtle spice and slight drying finish from the brown malt and flaked barley snap! ... We think its well Delicious! ⚫ Lets cask - Dark Mild | 3.0% Rebrew of a in house favourite! So today, we’re in th' brewhouse mashin' in for our first proper small pale! 🌾 Troshin’ | Small Pale | 2.7% We’ve used a grand blend o’ Vienna an' Light Munich malts, with a huge whack o' wheat an' flaked barley to give it a proper mouthfeel. Then we’ve chucked in plenty o' USA Columbus whole cone hops an’ a good helpin’ o' New Zealand’s finest Motueka in th' FV 🇺🇸 🇳🇿 What’s it like, then? ✨ Look: Deep hay in colour with a real stubborn foam—thass a proper looker! 🍞 Taste: Bready an' biscuit malt notes, nice an' dry on th' finish. This ain't no sweet hazy ol' dew! 🍋 Scent: Right sharp hits o' fresh crushed lime an' lemon zest, with those resinous, piney backnotes we all love. After winning Gold in the Untappd awards for one of our lagers we decided to revisit the original Tap lager brewed here at All Day an fine tune it with all we have learnt over the years! Safe to say, we are delighted! Lout | Spelt Pilsner | 4.7% What’s New? 🍞 Palate: We upped the spelt to 30%, giving a nutty flavour an' "pillowy" mouthfeel. 🌾 A blend of Hana and German Pilsner base malts creates a deep, bready, sourdough complexity. 🥖 🍋 Aroma: We loaded the kettle with whole-cone Tettnanger and Saaz hops for a sharp, herbal bite and a zippy, peppery finish. 🌿 ✨ Appearance: An absolute foamer! Good things take time. We conditioned this beaut at 1°C for a full 6 weeks in FV to ensure it's crystal clear and razor-sharp.
