Belated Mother’s Day dump Giving gratitude to all the women in my life who raised me and continue to pour into my life. Mother’s Day is political. It’s the unseen and unpaid labor over generations. From Annie to Frances to Sonnie to me to Sami. Healing 7 generations to the front and the back. I am who I’m able to be because of the matriarchs who paved the way.
