25 yrs ago today I married this guy... after a 6 weeks long pre wedding honeymoon in Paris because... you had to reside in Paris for 40 days in order to legally be married there and Corey and I had decided we either marry there(in a language he can't speak) or do not marry . Not unlike us at all to put giant self imposed hurdles in front of ourselves to conquer 😅. And, France has been at the centre of our story since our first hours long chat in a coffee shop all those moons ago so it made cosmic sense to us. Kismet. To my wonderful partner who never pushes the safe button when we plot out the course of the next adventure. All in, all the time. I love you to the moon and back. My "ride or die " ❤️❤️❤️

Sunday strolling... non chalantly thought a 22 min hike up a cliff in the noon day sun was no biggie... ha. views were worth it. ran down my phone battery in record time taking too many pictures.. and feasted on gnocchi at the top as a reward... a perfect day ... the trip down was even better ...

2024 was a year of milestones in my family. My Dad turned 80, my aunt and uncle celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary, my brother moved to Cairo, my nephew started university and we got ourselves a little sliver of sunshine in Nice. It felt like a challenging year in the thick of it, but looking back... all I see are blessings ❤️❤️❤️❤️ 🥂 Happy New Year !! May 2025 be kind to us all :)
