I got to sing Ed Sheeran’s Shivers in the BBC Radio 2 Piano Room last month. Why Shivers?
I’ve been a fan of @teddysphotos since the beginning. The first of his songs I performed live was Shape Of You and when ‘=‘ came out it became my go-to happy album; on repeat in the car and in the kitchen.
When I was invited to play the @bbcradio2 Piano Room and learned I had to perform a cover I guess it was always going to be this one! Shivers felt right. It’s such a joy to sing, even if I don’t know how Sheeran manages to sing the lyrics, play guitar and still breathe.
