dancing @lonniolson moves feels so good ! also 😅 body was pushing to get through this but practicing releasing expectations and being ok with whatever comes out in class. regardless of the outcome it’s beautiful in a way to have documentation of these small moments .. 🤍

choreo i taught to some kids this week / here’s me dancing it in the studio i grew up at.. grateful to still have such a connection to dance after all these years. so ever changing yet consistent in my life and always will be 🖤
