I’ve been traveling to and through the Bay Area for the last few months. Every chance I get at the San Francisco Airport (@flysfo ) I swing by Terminal 1 to visit this beautiful exhibit.
@sfomuseum did a lovely job showcasing this work on Afrofuturism. The exploration of the Black experience through a combination of science fiction, magical realism, mythology, fashion, history, film, technology and the visual arts.
Shout out to curatorial consultant, Ingrid LaFleur, for bringing this exhibit to life. 🙏🏾
