It was an amazing day, full with emotionally touching electro, music that gives you goose bumps, followed by a masterclass from Juan Atkins and its crew, Cybotron.

Simon has recently started a new project @clubhousefamilyraves , the name explain it’s concept, worth checking it out if planing for a fun day with the kids, with vinyl workshops, DJ tutorials, creative activities and space for children to experience the music their parents genuinely love.

CLUBHOUSE I ☀️ We’re absolutely over the moon to have had 300+ lovely people - some big, some very, very small - join us on Saturday at @bigpennysocial , making the very first edition of CLUBHOUSE surpass our wildest expectations. Watching little ones experience their first dancefloor moments while parents reconnected with the culture they love was exactly why we started this project. Huge thanks to everybody who came down, danced, shared, supported and helped create such a warm atmosphere from start to finish. It feels like the start of something special… CLUBHOUSE II details dropping very soon! 🌀

I needed a minute over these last 3 weeks. I didn't actually realise how fast I'd been going until I stopped. Ever feel like that? 2026 has been full on in a good way from our Frameless take over to launching our Level Up coaching programme alongside our app, I’ve been a zillion miles an hour, on whats felt a bit like to race, that has no finish line.. so these last few weeks I practiced what i preach... stopped running, switched off and just enjoyed IRL with pals, nature and space to think. I love social media and have got so much from it, its where much of Breathpod world lives. But I dunno... recntly I was turning on IG and my brain felt bombarded with so much content, information, everyone competing for attention with hook after hook in those first seconds. And the volume of content too - non stop. everyone hammering it out using AI to writes the same content over and over. And yeah its easy to outsource youre thinking, but it lacks soul and you can spot it a mile off. As a creator it's easy for anxiety to creep in, a feeling that I have to ‘keep up’, to feed the machine in order to stay relevant. Feeling that you need to come up with the next super interesting thing to grab peoples attention. It’s kinda exhausting and I started feeling allergic to my phone. So took a pause. The funny part when you initially jump off the content train the noise gets louder... "If I don't post, I'll be left behind. The algorithm will punish me" the exact thoughts that keep creators stuck in the race. But thankfully after a little while that fizz starts to settle. Your mindset and energy is more important than your next post. So I spent 3 weeks on the recharge, filling my cup, allowing space to be creative again. And now coming back in here to IG feels a bit different. Feeling more myself and excited to share what we have coming up - festivals, events and something we’ve been quietly building in the background for the app that i think youre gonna love called Mind Gym. A tool to help busy minds stay balanced, clear headed and in flow, without burnout. More on that soon! But for now, here's some snaps from @edenhallestate @wildernessreserve and Ibiza ❤️
