Finca Nuevo stands out in the Mexican green coffee market because they can offer high quality at equally high volumes. Offers include washed and semi-washed coffees, carefully processed to highlight clarity, sweetness, and balance, with cherries fermented for up to 88 hours to build depth in the cup. Finca Nuevo México also offers EU and US Organic certified coffees, with a focus on biodiversity conservation, regenerative agriculture, and responsible production. For roasters looking for reliable Mexican coffees with certification, availability, and a clear sustainability story, this is a producer to know. Samples are available now - link in bio.

Today we had a very special visit from the team at @algrano 💚 Since we started working together, this was the first time they were able to visit our headquarters, meet the whole Unblended team, and experience the flow behind everything we build day to day. What made this visit so meaningful wasn’t only talking through operational things, but taking the time to sit together and reflect on our missions as companies, our relationship with every step of the coffee supply chain, and the intentions behind the work we do. It felt refreshing — and honestly very special — to realize how many values and visions we share. We’re constantly reminded that the most meaningful collaborations happen when people discover how naturally their work connects around a shared purpose. Thank you @algrano for the visit ☕️🫡 Excited for everything we’ll continue building together from here!

MAV Coffee is a father, daughter, and son team carrying forward five generations of coffee heritage in El Salvador. Together, they represent three family-owned farms: San Antonio Juayúa, Valle de Oro, and La Pacaya. Each has its own ecosystem, varieties, and expression in the cup. What they share in common is the consistency, quality, and care. For roasters in search of high-scoring Salvadoran lots, MAV Coffee has small-volume offers with a strong sourcing story behind them. They also offer flexibility and accessibility, with no strict minimum order quantity. Samples are available now. Link in bio.

Sometimes you need a reliable green coffee at a price that works - and that’s exactly what EXCAFE delivers. The Salvadoran producer sources from two of the country’s most distinct coffee regions: Chinchontepec, known for its volcanic soils and balanced cup profiles, and Chalatenango, a high-altitude region that brings complexity and natural sweetness. Their mission to deliver honest, distinctive coffees that speak for themselves is reflected in the quality of every lot. For roasters who need reliable volume without sacrificing traceability or quality, EXCAFE offers both at one of the most competitive price points in the El Salvador green coffee specialty market. COMSA’s work is built on the philosophy of “La Finca Humana” - the idea that sustainable coffee production starts with developing people, not just crops. After 20+ years of working with farming families in Honduras, they prove that investing in people and investing in the quality of green coffee go hand in hand. In practice, this looks like innovative education programs, training, and community initiatives that improve farming practices, livelihoods, and quality of life for the farmers they work with. If you’re looking for a partner with the scale to deliver and the mission to back it up, COMSA can offer everything from high-volume blends to boutique microlots. See available samples at the link in bio.
