Assistant directing for living legend Amanda Dehnert (director AND music director) was once again a dream and a career highlight. So many firsts! First musical! First West Coast credit! I can’t believe this show closes today. Break legs to the incredible cast & crew who make the magic happen! And thank you to friends and family who made the trek to see it. “This, we know, is the end of the world.” My new play “Honeysuckle” is being performed TODAY at 8pm as part of RE/VENUE NYC’s collaboration with The Bechdel Project. “Honeysuckle” is a full-length horror-tragicomedy about surviving the climate apocalypse, and, even more terrifyingly, being stuck in an underground bunker with your ex-best-friend from middle school (who was your gay awakening but who hates you now). “Honeysuckle” is directed by Alex Haddad (@alexhad ) and will feature performances by Genevieve Maiden (@gennymaiden ), Emory Kemph (@photographicemory ), John R.
