I am both humbled and honored to be included in this incredible roster of artists for the exhibition “Ascendancy: The Self in Contemporary Art” at the Mattatuck Museum in Waterbury, CT, curated by the ever-brilliant and lovely Camilo Alvarez of Samsøñ.
In this collection, I find myself amongst former professors, former mentors, current art heroes and icons, and amongst dear friends. What a hallmark. The show opened yesterday and there will be a reception on Sunday, March 15.
