These are my biggest learnings
1. Win - Win - Win: I think itās an ethnic thing where you have to win even when it means others have to lose. And since working with Buzz, he has challenged me on that. Why canāt everyone win? Why canāt you charge a good price for your service, give really good value to your customers and pay your team well. The best relationships are when everyone wins
2. The Norm: Just because itās not the ānormā doesnāt mean you canāt do it anyways. Give yourself permission to try it out anyways.
3. Marketing: no one knows what they are doing. Everyone is trying to figure it out. Showcase it anyways.
4. Dig: Always dig deeper. Ask follow up questions. Be curious.
