After the most fulfilling, exhilarating 6 and a half years of my professional life, I am leaving NET-A-PORTER. It has been the highlight of my career to work with such amazing people on the most rewarding and varied projects including countless brilliant campaigns and covers, beautiful shoots and features, stellar video and social franchises, pivots to new platforms (hi/bye Clubhouse!), so many unforgettable events, a wild and wonderful tenure at MR PORTER, and my extra special baby, launching and hosting the Incredible Women podcast for the past 5 years. To be a custodian of one of fashion’s greatest brands and steer content, our Incredible Women community, and TOV has been a privilege. Biggest, biggest thanks and love to my exceptional team and colleagues who I have learnt so much from and adored working with and laughing with every single day. You are the best of the best. Huge thanks to @alisonloehnis for inviting me on the ride in the first place. And what a ride it’s been ❤️ Now onto what’s next!

Well even if they don’t, I’m feeling all of the above to be rounding off 2025 with the absolute GOAT @serenawilliams as our final @portermagazine cover of the year. As the ultimate Incredible Women and embodiment of power, success, focus and fortitude, it was the greatest pleasure to sit down with Serena and discuss the exciting next chapter that has followed her legendary career in tennis. From her new podcast with big sister Venus and the projects she’s exec producing to her VC firm Serena Ventures, body shaming, personal style and motherhood, we covered a lot and I enjoyed every minute. 🩷 AMBIKA 🩷 The exceptionally talented @ambikamod has taken the acting world by storm with her compelling performances, sharp wit, and refreshing personality. We’ve had our eye on the rising star for some time and were delighted to champion her as one of our Incredible Women of 2024, last March, ahead of the internet-breaking One Day. 36 hours in one of our favourite places to celebrate the birthday of @seangrahambaker . We haven’t travelled alone just the two of us in 5 years (!) and what a treat it’s been to talk non-stop, albeit mostly about the kids, drink, eat and read more than 3 consecutive pages of a book. To the most effervescent, kind, curious and positive person I’ve ever met, happy almost birthday most wonderful Sean. How lucky I now am to have not just one but three Baker boys! ❤️

Last night, I had the great pleasure of sitting down with my dear pal and total powerhouse @adwoaaboah for an intimate evening at @thetwentytwo in celebration of the launch of Season 10 of our Incredible Women podcast, Supernovas.   Supermodel, founder of @GurlsTalk , actor, and now founder of accessories brand @TheVeil (launching next month), Adwoa is the ultimate multi-hyphenate and one of the most articulate and thoughtful people I know.   We chatted about motherhood, mental health, style, the realities of the fashion industry and re-establishing yourself in it after maternity leave, Hollywood, her brilliant new accessories brand, and so much more.
