Se me hace muy bonito recibir este reconocimiento en 2026 donde estoy celebrando 20 años de hacer radio y de comunicar escenas musicales independientes y alternativas de América Latina, El Caribe, España y su diáspora global.
Mi trabajo no se si genera números masivos o medallas del plano mainstream (no, no lo hace), pero sí estoy segura que contribuyo al acto romántico y colectivo de crear escenas latinoamericanas honestas en un mundo prendido fuego. Contar las historias de donde vengo y aprender y recorrer los rincones de todo latam ha sido el regalo más poderoso del mundo.
Quiero dedicarle este premio a todos los que estamos en las trincheras rompiendo el concepto de lo que es la “latin music” y de lo que un latino debe hacer en estas arenas locas de la industria musical.
