Common is welcoming its next guest chef, @alanmicks , on Saturday, May 9th. Alan, coming from Ireland, has trained and worked in some of the world’s top kitchens, from London to New York, as well as across Australia and New Zealand. Since 2014, he has been working at the @michelbergerhotel and has been leading the kitchen ever since. He is also the Head Chef and Co-Owner of @ora.berlin and @theke.berlin , which are famous for their modern dining rooted in local, seasonal, organic produce. We are excited to have him in for a set menu showcasing some of the @michelbergerfarm produce, in-house cured meats, and different types of pizzas. Seats are limited. North Sea Razor clams, nori-garlic butter, lemon pickled kohlrabi @ora.berlin We don’t cook a lot of sea food these days. A few reasons for this, but once a week we get a few kilos of these in. Once they’re on they don’t last long

Duck from @untermuehle the best around these parts :) Lentils cooked in the bone stock and fat. Candied Kumquats, Jerusalem artichokes and black cabbage.
