Christmas Cake ๐๐ฆ- this is an absolute winner. Little chunks of icing and marzipan at the end of the churn for the full experience in each mouthful. Also I learned while resting the mix that some dried fruits float and others sink.....๐ค #gelALto

Lapsang Souchong- Making a proper Leche Quemada ('burnt milk' a Mexican classic) is maybe my white whale of ice cream making and I don't think I'm ready for it yet. I also love Lapsang Souchong tea and thought it would give a similar smokey vibe but with more of a warming winter feel. Very happy with how it turned out, good balance of richness to smokiness. Can only think a tot of whisky might have rounded it off perfectly! ๐จ๐ฆ#gelALto
Strawberry Cereal Milk ๐ฅฃ
Minor Figures Very Berry Oat Milk infused with half a box of Rice Krispies and then some Crunchy Nut Cornflakes mixed in the churn for good measure. It's a sweet one, maybe too sweet I think V2 needs to be Frosties and regular whole milk๐ฆ#gelALto
Boujee Rum and Raisin aka Pedro Ximenez and Mixed Fruit. Basically I started making a Christmas cake (to later become ice cream) and soaked way too much mixed fruit in sherry -turns our Mary Berry's cake size calculator is NOT reliable. Also turns out this is how you make Rum and Raisin, so here we are. Tastes great! ๐ฆ#gelALto
